Perfect wear for sweaty occasions

My husband bought the men's version last year, and he wore it to our hikes in Switzerland last summer. He said it did a superior job of wicking away the sweat in addition to being soft and comfortable. I bought both long sleeve and short sleeve version during the clearance sale, for women's version also gives an fitted look, I like them very much. Also bought one pair for my 15 year old daughter for both her sports activity at school and summer hikes.

Very good value!

This is a great shirt. The fabric is very soft and comfortable. I bought this shirt for myself. I usually wear a small or a medium. The description said that it was remade for a much more tailored fit so I opted to get a medium. It was too big. I wish I had gotten a small. I gave it away as a gift rather than send it back because it was a very nice shirt.

I own three!

I was given one as a gift and couldn't find anything with the same quality by any other manuafacturer. It stretches in the shoulders just right for bicycling, you can wear it in layers or by itself and the zipper is great for venting and/or keeping out chill. I have it it 3 colors and my new favorite is the bright red one which is visible on the road.

I bought 3 to use as a layering piece to go skiing but have found them to be great for tennis, hiking and walking. They are lightweight, thermal and a great fit. One poster did say they snag easily so I wash them with similar weight clothes (without zippers or velcro)and have had no issues. They wash and dry very well.

Favorite shirts!!

I have six of these shirts in different states of wear. The oldest ones are on their way out, so I purchased newer ones. I wear them doing every outdoor activity or as a light sweatshirt inside. They layer well - I can even wear up to three of them at the same time if the weather is iffy. Great value!

My winter uniform

I bought four of them and would buy more. It's my go-to shirt for every day. I like the long length as they can be worn over and they are thin enough to tuck in without any bulk. Just be careful washing. Best to put in a net bag so it doesn't catch on anything.

Wears like iron

I have Techwick shirts that are 7 and 8 years old - they still look great and do their job. Techwick layers are an essential part of any exercise I do. I wear the short-sleeved ones in summer every day, I layer them over the long-sleeved ones in the winter. Awesome stuff.

as advertised.

Had to use this in a pinch. although it is a womens shirt it worked out fine for me on my first day climbing kilimajaro. Wasn't hot in the daytime wasn't cold at night.

Best Sunshirt Anywhere

This long-sleeve V-neck lightweight sun protection is great for any tropical or desert activity including sports. The wicking fabric is excellent.

No better sun shirt anywhere.

Excellent product

Excellent lightweight wicking fabric, and generous cut for layering. Collar and zipper provide protection from elements, and air cooling when needed.

Negative Reviews:

Much Smaller than other years

I have 3 of these from other years, in XL that fit fine, along with the coordinating t-shirts. These are just too small. They actually felt a full size smaller. Very disappointing.

Fabric was nice though. I had to return them.

Neutral Reviews:

Great shirt, great fit, but...

I love the versatility of this shirt, it is perfect for cool days when you need more than a short sleeve shirt but a jacket would be too much. The big drawback is how easily it gets pulls in the threads. If the material gets anywhere near Velcro as you might find on a tent closure or coat sleeve, you will get pulls (or pilling) of the threads. You cannot disengage the material from Velcro without causing pills.

not so snug

the shirt was good in length, but not a slim fit for me. would be best to try it on prior to buying. quality of shirt is durable material.
