amazing socks.

I have very sweaty, warm feet, and they're a full size 12, and a bit wide. These socks (at the XL size) fit me perfectly. I also have large calves, and the tops do not constrict me (which you know if you've thick legs like me actually hurts, cutting into your leg at the top band). I LOVE these socks, and they're a lot cheaper than other brands... usually EMS is 4 for price of 3 on all socks, and with that, they come down to where they should be price-wise.
Very highly recommended.
Oh, and do wash them inside out like they say, otherwise you will wash out all the padding/wool.

Don't be afraid of wool

Under the advice of the store salesperson, I brought a couple pairs of these wool socks for summer hiking in Utah. I thought wool would be hot, itchy. Wrong. They are so comfortable and were great for our hiking trips. We even water hiked one day. These socks dried out and were good to go the next day. I even wear them around the house now - they are like a security blanket for your feet.

Great Socks

These are by far the best socks i have ever bought Hands down. not may people Know what its like to wear Turnout gear but its hot and sweaty. These socks kept my feet comfortably dry and reasonably cool while wearing my gear on a 80+ degree day. So in my book That makes them Great.

These socks deliver what they promise.

Wore a pair up Hedgehog, appreciated that the stayed put on my feet, dried quickly when wet, did not over heat my feet. Wore second pair up Chocorua, much more moisture, socks drained and dried well. Overall experience, excelent.

A bit small

bought a pair at noon today, by 5pm my feet were sore. The elastic arch support is too tight. I wear a size 11, so the size Large should fit, but they don't. Tomorrow I'll bring them back and hopefully the xl will be better.
