Eastman Three-Battery Oil Pump -
Reuse your cooking oil over and over again by filtering it with this money-saving pump. Powered by three D batteries (not included), it transfers oil automatically from a cooking pot, through a patented filtration system and into a storage container, removing impurities and food debris. This process also eliminates messy spills that can happen when you try to recover used cooking oil on your own.

Eastman Three-Battery Oil Pump Reviews:

Reviews:

not a great product

I bought this product 2 years ago and used it once. It actually worked quite well the one time i used it. I wanted to clean it up a bit before I used it again as it had been boxed up for a year or more. It fell apart while cleaning it. The screw in portion of the battery compartment (batteries were not in it while stored) stripped out and the blue plastic was so brittle that it crumbled where the battery connectors and tabs were attached. It claims on the box that it "pays for itself with one use". True. A 3 gallon jug of peanut oil is about the same price. I think you should send me another or look for a better product to sell and send me one of those.

Garbage

Deep frying a turkey for Thanksgiving. My dad bought this for us to put the oil back in to reuse afterwards. The thing barely made it out of the box. The button was broken on the top and the thing just started falling into pieces. Really wish we would have read the reviews before buying in the store, it'll cost more in gas to get to Cabela's and take back. You're better off buying a gas siphon and using that.

Biggest waste of money ever

It wouldn't pump squat!!
Book said it would pump three gallons in a few minutes. Not hardly. It took me twenty minutes to pump less than a gallon of peanut oil that was 82 degrees F
Don't buy this pump or you will be writing an angry review like mine.
