ECCO Sport Biom Chiappo Terrain Sandal Reviews:

I have two different sized feet following staph and surgery. I'm back to work and household slippers (slides) don't work well and aren't very safe. After many Zappos orders (thanks for putting up with me), I narrowed my selections to sandals with lots of velcro straps. Teva doesn't work for me. The ankle strap is too high and doesn't adjust far enough out to accommodate my ankle. These are absolutely perfect. They fit my normal size foot and adjust well for the still swollen foot/ankle. Expensive, but I think worth it. I had ordered a different pair of Ecco sandals, but they weren't good for me. These are keepers. BTW, it's still cold here and I'm wearing them with thin, non-binding trouser socks. If the swelling ever goes down on my fat foot, I'll be able to wear them with thicker socks. I hope this helps those who might have a similar situation.

Love these sandals. This is my second pair. Very comfortable and solid. I have had multiple foot surgeries and finding a sandal/shoe that meets my needs is hard. I bought them in the Spring in the hopes that they would be comfortable and suitable for our Grand Canyon trip last June. They were great. I did a 2.5 mile hike around the rim of the Canyon. No problems. In addition, while in Europe during the summer, I stepped in a muddy ditch, and was happy to find I could wash them, I dried them with my hairdryer and worn them the next day all fixed. Love Ecco sandals!

These shoes are more comfortable than any other shoes that I ever owned. I have Mephisto, Finn Comfort, all types of Birkinstocks, Chaco, many Danskos, Uggs, etc.I have had three surgeries on my left foot and one on my right foot, plus I have completely flat feet. I had to return these shoes because there was not any toe ring or straps in the middle of the shoes to hold my feet in place. Anyone with really flat feet knows what that is like. If anyone has normal feet I cannot imagine why you would not love these shoes.

COMFORTABLE! sums it up in one word! I can wear these sandals for hours, its ok if they get wet, and I feel like I am walking on a cloud. Straps are secure and don't rub, you can take normal steps in them and feel safe on all different terrain. Excellent buy, worth every penny!

These took longer to break in than my beloved Ecco Yucatans, which I've had for 5 years! These took about a week to get comfortable, but I love them now. I still prefer the comfy heel bed of the Yucatan, but these work well, too.
