Product failure, but you can fix it. | |

| The problem is that the cord pulls out of the rubber tips (which are the parts attached to the glasses) with just a bit of pressure. There should be a larger end on the cord so it couldn't pull out, I think. So my solution is to use some black thread to sew the rubber tip to the cord. | |
