Positive Reviews:

I have owned one of these for over 6 years and have used it at least 100x's. If you compare this pad to others, you'll understand what you are getting. It is comfortable and durable. I have used this across four seasons and for backpacking and car camping. I am hesitant to rate this because everything has to be rated on it's own merit. For what it is and how long it has lasted, I would give it 5 stars.

covers ground well

I used this on a school camping trip where we had to pack in plastic bins. It packs pretty small, and covered a root that was under my group's tent. It worked much better than my last sleeping pad (although my last one was just a foam one) and I was very pleased with how easy it was to inflate. There was only one downside, which is deflating it. It's a little harder, but not impossible.

EMS self inflating sleeping pad

This is an excellent sleeping pad with added lengh from the older versions, so your entire body is on the pad. The self inflating foam provides good cushioned comfort and insulation from the ground.

Negative Reviews:

Crash Pad Bad Seams

I bought these a couple of years ago and was initialty happy with them. However, last year ALL the seams failed. I tried gluing them with GOOP which worked for all of 5 minutes before the seam down the line failed. At this point they are glued about 60% of the perimeter and I GIVE UP.
Without holding air these pads are essentially worthless--your tush will be killing you in the morning.
This is inexcuseable planned obsolescence if ever there was such a thing.
