Emu Ridge Australia Platinum Stinger Lo Boot Review:

I found a pair of EMU slippers at a DSW and they were so comfy, I bought them...then ended up wearing them outside for most of the winter.
They held up so well that I just *HAD* to find the real boots...I bought these in chocolate from Backcountry two months ago and I have been so impressed. They shipped quickly and are more comfortable than I could have dreamed. Truth be told, I came back to this web site not to write a review - but to look for more EMU deals!
I wear a 7.5-8 but decided to take a chance with a 7, mainly because the slippers (which are a size 8) have stretched out a lot and I was worried that might happen with the boots. At first they seemed a little too tight and the molded bottom was somewhat uncomfortable, but it adjusted to my feet quickly and within a day or two became my favorite pair of shoes.
The only downside is if you wear white socks, some of the coloring seems to dye them brownish. Some of the fur has come out in little clumps, but I think this is probably normal and has not changed the look of the boot.
