Keeps You Working Out Day After Day | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
| I recently had someone ask me what the "best supplement" they could take. I told them: drink R4 after every workout. This is the drink that keeps me able to workout day in and day out. It helps replenish muscle and liver glycogen stores, and helps cut down on post-workout soreness. I also like to drink it post-race, and after the finish of day on multi-day races just to do the most I can to keep myself ready for the next day. The taste is pleasant....right up there with some of the better sports drinks. You will feel a bit full after drinking it, but I don't find drinking it after a workout to be a chore (but at the same time-I live on energy bars, energy gels and sports drinks-so my tolerance to supplement taste is pretty high). Try the single serving packet before you commit to buy a big jug. | |
