Energizer 1Aa Tactical Aluminum Light Reviews:

Very nice flashlight!

I bought one of these a couple months ago because I'm always looking for a new gadget and this is a great light! I liked it so much I bought one for my Mom! It runs on a single AA and has a single LED element but the light will honestly illuminate an average size bedroom. I'm not saying it will turn darkness into daylight for the entire room but it does light up 1/2 the room with enough spillover to see the rest of the room in a hurry. If there was a way to attach this to a weapon it would make a great under barrel light. I'm also a cyclist and if I had to in a pinch I could ride with this light to get me home if everything else failed. One way I use it is when I hop the light rail at night or walk around downtown at night and don't carry concealed to avoid any hassles. After the Aurora theater shooting I watched an interview with a former SEAL who mentioned one way to buy some time in a critical situation is a flashlight like this one when you shine it in someones eyes it will ruin their vision for a few seconds giving you enough time to get away from a situation. My theory with this light is blind 'em and run!

Crazy bright light

I purchased this light for one reason... it takes a single AA battery. I put in a regular AA battery very nice and bright light! Then I swapped that battery with a 14500 li-on battery... it fits in perfectly, it's just double the voltage. This little flashlight is now CRAZY BRIGHT! It has a fairly wide beam (spill) but also reaches out there pretty far! It matches my 140 lumen flashlights now. I really, really like this little light!
