Esbit Pocket Stove with Fuel Reviews:

Best stove to in your pocket

I have been using the original WWII version of this little stove while hiking for over 20 years. I simply would not be without it. Many who have seen it in operation and asked what it was and where to buy one. I have given away at least a dozen of the new ones as gifts and they have become treasured companions to their owners. Always carry more fuel than fits inside the stove because it will take more than a few to get water hot enough(>220°) to safely cook raw meats at higher elevations.

Esbit the best ultralight stove

When weight and cost is important, it doesn't get any better than ESBIT. the stove and fuel are as basic and inexpensive as it can get. it packs down to the size of a deck of cards and no empty fuel canisters to bring back for disposal. hot enough to cook a meal and nothing to throw away.

I love this stove

I have used this type of stove for long-distance hiking for many years. I just usually make a warm meal at the end of the day by boiling water. I love that there is no messy fuel to spill, and the tablets are very lightweight.
