Why is Etonic discontinuing this shoe? |
| Rating: | |
| I've been running for 15 years on a regular basis, and after trying several other shoes during the first year, found the Etonic Stable Pro to be a perfect fit and give me the support and stabilty I need. I've worn it exclusively since. No break-in has been necessary. I'm extremely disappointed that Etonic has decided to discontinue this model. They did it once before and I was able to scrounge the internet to find remaining shoes until they resumed production again. I'm not looking forward to again going through the process of finding a shoe that consistently fits well and offers great support and stability. |

Best shoe to protect from running injury |

| This is probably my tenth year in using this shoe and it is the only one I buy based on recommendations from a podiatrist after I was suffering from periodic leg muscle injuries. When my muscles and joints start to feel overly strained after a run, I know it is time to replace the shoes with new ones. I use them everyday and get less than a year of life ... seems durability has gone down a bit, but still best shoe. |

Great shoe |

| this is my 3rd pair of Etonics, so I have been wearing this shoe off and on for a few years. I have no arch, narrow feet and wear orthotics. I have completed 2 marathons wearing these, and have trained for many other events using these shoes. I find them stable without being too bulky or heavy and without a huge sacrifice in cushioning. I do have trouble finding shoes that work for me, and these are one of my favorites. |

Best shoe for me for 10 years |

| I've been running in the Etonic Stable Pro III for the past 10 years and have been more than satisfied with this shoe. It is perfect for me. It is my understanding they will no longer be making this shoe. If that is the case, will there be a running shoe that is comparable to the Etonic? |

Provides excellent stability |

| This is my second pair. I use them mostly for walking and gym workouts. They provide excellent stability and I have rather flat arches, however the edges of the soles in my first pair are separating from the shoes and they now "squeek." Had the first pair for just under a year. |

Good shoes. |

| I bought this product to use in an aerobics class I'd signed up for. The first delivery was my normal size 11, but they were too small. I returned them and the 11.5 I got in return fit fine and worked very well for the purpose.[...] |

The best athletic shoe I have ever used. |

| These shoes wear better than any I have used over the past 30 years. I have just replaced a pair of the same brand and model and I wore that pair for 12 plus years. I look forward to using these the same way. |

Good bang for the buck. |

| Although the insole felt lumpy the first day or two, that went away. The shoe fells about 1/3 size tighter than it should, but it could be because the toe box is a bit narrow. |

| I use these in my restaurant kitchen. They are very comfortable. They do feel like they run a little small and a little narrow for a 16EE. |

Good, solid running shoe |

| I'm running 40 to 50 miles per week and am an over-pronator. These shoes have a good solid feel to them and the support is excellent. |
