Happy to find replacement parts!
Originally bought my Timberline 4 tent in 1995 (15 years ago), and it continues to be great! This summer my toddler-age kits broke a pole while camping in the backyard. I needed a new pole, and first looked for parts at Eureka, didn't find parts, wrote to Eureka and never received a reply. I Google'd "timerline 4 replacement poles" and Google took me straight to Campmor. I should have looked here first! The new poles 'seem' to be stronger than the original poles I've used for the past 15 years.
Someone left me with their 4 person Eureka tent, but with no poles. Bought these as a replacement. They fit vey well, but seem a bit weaker than my two person tent poles. It may just be that they are longer. Has not yet been field tested but overall it seems like they should do the job.
My frame was bent during a windstorm. I mean REALLY bent...It was still usable, but the tent just had a funny look. I was going to just order the parts I needed, but decided against it, as I found out that some pieces that looked normal, were in fact bent.
Just in time
My son fogot to stake out his tent after cleaning it and after finding it blown into the neighbors yard with all 5 poles bent or broken he was quite upset. A quick order and his Boy Scout house was back in order
It was like having a new tent
After 20 yrs of camping, my tent's frame needed to
be replaced. With the new replacement frame, it was like having a new tent. The replacement frame seemed stronger and the connectors are a better design.
3 years ago stong winds snapped poles at the joints on my 25 yo Eureka...Thought the tent was toast, then fishing around Campmor web site and there they were...Hoping these poles are stronger....
Eureka Timberline Frame
I needed a replacement pole for my Eureka Alpine Meadows tent and this was an exact match except it doesn't have the center cross pole (which I assumed it wouldn't).
Neede these fast after storm damage, had in stock, got next day, continued vacation, does not get better than this.
Surprised to find out there was replacment poles for my 30 year old Eureka tent!!!
What can you say about tent poles?
Would have preferred to purchase the items separately. Didn't need all the items.
