| Used for the first time on Lake Michigan. Went through two storms and the Northern Breeze withstood the heavy wind and rain in great shape. The rain flaps kept us dry then provided additional space and shade once we raised them as a canopy. I don't think there is a better screen house out there. | |

| 12'x12' Relatively light wt., Easy to assemble by one person. Very stable in wind & rain. Near vertical four walls keep rain out. High quality construction. Bottom skirt can be a bit larger to keep insects out. It is worth the price. | |
