Unlike other chari kits, the Exped allows you take full advantage of your full size pad. Two sizes to choose from; Medium fits all Exped 7 and 9 mats while large fits Exped 9 DLX, 7 Pump DLX, 9 Pump DLX, and 7.5 Pump DLX mats.

| Purchased the large chairkit for Synmat 7 DLX. The stays are difficult to remove and the buckles and straps made it too heavy to use simply as a mat cover. The chair position was too tall to use comfortably inside my Approach tent. At 5'4" my head pushed against the tent ceiling. Would be more suitable for use in a larger tent. It is well made, but for too heavy for multi-day backpacking in the Rockies. I traded the chair kit for the basic mat cover. | |
