Great way to inflate air pad!!!

I own an Exped Synmat UL and read you could damage the insulation if you inflated with your own breath so I thought I'd give this a try. It also made setting up camp alot easier by not expending energy blowing up my air pad after a strenous hike. It's small and packs away easily. I put in my dry sack that I use for my sleeping quilt. Never go in the backcountry without it. Highly recommend it!!

Got to have it

The Exped pad is the best thing I have ever slept on and the mini pump makes it much easier to inflate. There is no reason to be light headed when you can have one of these.

Lightweight Small Fast Enough

Takes a couple minutes to inflate mat. Pump is small and lightweight. Avoids blowing moisture into the mat compared to blowing with your lungs.

Works As Advertised

Used with both Exped Synmat 7UL and Exped Pillow -easy to fill both in short time. Loved the flexibility

It works but there are better

My wife & I have several Exped mattresses & a couple Exped pillows. I've used a Coleman electric pump to fill the mattresses--it worked fine but I always worried about the batteries or pump failing. So, I purchased this Mini Pump. About the same time I became aware of Exped's other options: the Schnozzel/bag (available from Campmor) and the Schnozzel Pump Bag (available at a competing dealer.) I purchased the Schnozzel Pump Bag. It works fine and is much faster than the Mini Pump. I also use the Schnozzel pump bag to fill the pillows--easy & convenient. If the Exped mattresses needed to be topped off I would use the Mini Pump. I'm also carrying the Mini Pump as a backup for the time being. I'm a sea kayaker. The Schnozzel Pump Bag & Mini Pump weigh almost nothing and take up minimal space. Only time will tell about the durability of both the Mini Pump & the Schnozzel Bag.
