F.Lli Pietta 1860 Army .44-Caliber Revolver Spare Cylinder Reviews:

Positive Reviews:

No Better Service

I had a fantastic experience with Cabela's, due to an oversight on my part I ordered the wrong pistol and called them once I received my package. It was 930 at night and had an answer from a live person in two rings. I told them my problem and that I was going to a Civil War Reenactment in 3 days and needed the correct pistol. Got it with a day to spare! Extraordinary Customer Service!!!!

1860 Pietta spare Cyl.

I have been very pleased with all my Cabela's purcheses and the sapre cylinder is no eaception. now I can get twice as dirty as before. I use my 1860 to shoot carp (fish) in a lake. Eliminating trash fish.
Good shooting.

Negative Reviews:

As soon as I received it, I removed the nipples to clean it and found two of them defective. The back side of one of the nipples had broken off inside the cylinder and I couldn't get the other nipple unplugged. The insides (all six) where the nipples screw in were caked with what looked like jewelers rouge, grit and metal shavings. This is my third Pietta product (the other two were BP revolvers also ordered recently from Cabela's), and I also had workmanship issues with them. Think I stick with Uberti!
