waste of money

While out duck hunting , I ripped my waders on some tree branches underwater. What a perfect time to try my new fast patch kit, that says right on the package " works in any condition-ha. I followed the instructions and it would not do what it says it will do, right on the package. We had a video camera on the boat and filmed the whole process. My evaluation is DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY !!! This product does not work

Fast Patch

Bought the fast patch and tried to use it on both neoprene AND vucanized rubber waders. Barely sufficient on the rubber wader ( still leaked, just not as badly) and utterly failed on the neoprene.

Does not work for Neoprene

Do not attempt to use with Neoprene. It doesn't work! The fast patch might work with other materials, but I haven't tried any of them.

Need Instructions!

I tore several holes in my neoprene hunting waders the other day and used this product to "try" and repair them. The whole patches didn't seem to stick to the waders worth a darn so I tried cutting them into smaller pieces just big enough to cover the rip. They seemed to stick a lot better, but I will have to see how they hold up in the water. This product needs instructions for each material for max effectiveness.
