Finn Comfort Mostar -
Relax into every step with the Finn Comfort Mostar boot, a style designed for effortless, all-day wear. Based on a classic chukka design, this German-made women's ankle boot is made from premium nubuck with a three-eye lace and padded topline to eliminate abrasion. Inside, the super-soft leather lining and sockliner manage moisture for a healthy interior; not only does the molded cork footbed deliver contoured arch support, but it can be removed and replaced with an orthotic, as desired. The polyurethane wedge sole unit absorbs shock while providing grip and stability. A hallmark of European comfort shoes, the roomy toe box of the Finn Comfort Mostar ankle bootie allows the foot to splay naturally from morning to night.
The Mostar features the original Finn Comfort® Classic footbed which has a firmer feel.

Finn Comfort Mostar Review:

I call them true to size with an asterisk because I think they are probably a true 8½ in insole length, or maybe 1/8 inch longer, but not a full half size off. Still, I feel like my feet are flopping around with too much room up front because the shoes seem unusually wide. Maybe I am just used to lesser shoes that squash the ball of foot area and need to get used to this more barefoot experience. But I can curl my toes inside the shoes - that seems a bit too roomy. In any case, I have found the key is to tie the shoes very snugly around the instep, so that part of the foot is kept firmly in place. The arch support is wonderful and the look is a slightly more modern, refined Chukka. They are very cute.
