Nice Pack

I bought this because I wanted something cooler for summer fishing and it was a good decision. It's well made, holds all of my tackle and is comfortable. Some things that aren't so nice. As a chest pack I find my line gets tangled in it too much so I wear it either as a fanny pack or over my head and one shoulder rotated to my back. It also would be nice if it had a drink holder. I rigged up a lanyard kinda thing and a cozy and hook it to one of the loops. All in all I prefer it to my vest and I use year round.

Great minimalist pack

I find the more room I have the more "stuff" I have to fill it with. This is a great little pack for carrying all the necessities. Can easily accomodate several fly boxes, tippets, leaders, ect. with multiple sleeves, pockets and zippered pouches. Attach points for hemos, nippers, rod butt loops, and a fold down work area. I will use it as either a waist or over the shoulder pack, not a fan of chest packs. Construction seems very good, only time will tell. Would rate it 4 1/2 stars because nothing is perfect and will have to come up with a net attach setup.

excellent light pack

great pack. very well made.
it's perfect for the small day trips out to the local fishing holes.
best part is, if it's hot outside you dont overheat from having to much gear or a bulky vest on.
if going on extended trips i just put on a small back pack and wear this on my hip.
