Great workout in a compact machine

Rating:****
I've been using this elliptical every day for about a week and I'm happy with the 1100 HRA. I did A LOT of research before choosing this model and I'm very satisfied with my selection. It only took about 20 minutes to put together by myself, and it was very easy to assemble. The pre-programmed workouts vary in intensity and I'm already noticing an increased firmness in my thighs and calves. I don't use the handlebars that move that often because I find them to be awkward, so I primarily use the stationary handlebars. I use a set of weights for arm workouts instead. The monitor has an AC adaptor which is nice because I don't have to worry about replacing batteries all of the time. I do think that the mileage is not correct on the machine, so I'm relying on the time indicator instead. This model does not have a fan, which would have been nice because you can really work up a sweat when using it. It's relatively quiet and after using it a week there is only a slight noise coming from the foot pedals. Hopefully this will not get worse the longer I use the machine. Overall I'm very happy that I chose this model, primarily for the price, the ease of setting it up, the limited amount of floor space that it takes up and the intensity of the workout provided. I would definitely recommend this model to others.
