I ordered two different pairs of Fitzwell boots on one order. Both were the same size and width (ww). When I opened the box to try these boots on, I couldn't get them unzipped without much effort. Not a good sign. Once on, the boots hurt my feet. They were too narrow and uncomfortable. While I have wide feet, I'm not a plus-size person, yet the shaft of these particular boots was narrow. So narrow they rubbed on my shin, which was not a pleasant feeling. The other Fitzwell boots I tried on were fine in the width, but these boots were too narrow? In the exact same size? What's up with that? I've tried several pairs of Fitzwell and have sent all of them back. Fitzpoor is more like it. When I went to put the boots back in the box, getting them zipped up was a challenge. Another red flag. AS far as how these boots look, well they look great, but so what.
