I bought these boots in a 10 WW. I usually wear a 10W but the double wide fit perfectly. They're made for wide calfs. I measured the calf circumference and it's 17" for a size 10. That will vary with a smaller size. I had to put air pillow insoles in to make them a little more comfortable but that worked out fine. Since the top fits so well, I didn't find that the softer shaft sagging caused an issue.
I really like the look of these boots. I have short thick calves and these boots fit just right. So many of the wide calf boots are too wide at the top and I get to much gap. These hit my calf at just the right point. They are very comfortable. I have worn them with pants and dresses. I am even able to tuck some of my jeans inside.
I love these boots. The first day I wore them to work with a dress, I received a ton of compliments. They are kind of edgy with the mix of suede and leather.
Very cute, however a little big in the heel and much too big in the calf, which never happens for my athletic calves. Returning them.

Cute boot, foot size true, shaft circumference did not match. My calves are 16 3/4" and I was unable to zip the boots. Returning to try another pair. Fingers crossed.
