These are great! I did go a size up (I wear a 12WW, purchased a 13WW), due to battles with Fitzwell's sizing, and they even work with flat-knit cotton socks. They are the only boots of this type I've ever seen in my size and they will make a fine addition to my steampunk costuming and will also be great with my kilt. As a previous reviewer said, the only thing wrong with these is the spelling. Also, Zappos' nigh-instantaneous shipping and delivery are great (and one reason I shop here first). I've bought 3 pairs of Fitzwell shoes. These are great (but I don't know if the 12 would have worked); one (Tiffany) had to go right straight back; one (Tory) is okay for dressy but the heel's so narrow I can't wear 'em for but so long.
I just got these and I love them. I saw that people were posting that there was too much gap but that was not a problem at all for me. They fit snug up against my ankle giving it a nice curvy look. I am very happy with these! And, of course, supper fast delivery as always.
Love these boots. Looked a while for a pair of lace up without such a high heel. I wore these for the first time to a party and my feet never hurt.
Beautiful leather and style; unfortunately a little too much gap on the shaft for narrow legs. This style would look great with boot-cut pants or really long skirts.

Super cute, comfortable, and of good quality, but the top of the boot was too wide for my calf; the unsightly gap and the inability to tie the laces any tighter for a snugger fit are why I'm (sadly!) returning these boots.
