Created specifically for women, the Five Ten Women's Anasazi LV Climbing Shoe specializes in narrower feet and still holds Anasazi's standards for high friction and technical climbing. With the longer toe box, lower instep, higher arch, and lower-volume heel cup modifications, this Anasazi snugly encloses the narrower foot. With such solid, foot-hugging support, you'll stay comfortable whether you edge through techy routes, work on that new boulder problem in the gym, or smear your way up an all-day slab-fest.
The Anasazi lV (Low Volume) excels on climbs of 5.11 and higher, both indoors and out. This performance climbing shoe is built on a women’s-specific last, and is designed for medium volume feet. The heel design offers an excellent, no-slip fit. five ten®’s proprietary “Power toe” and a unique midsole provide the support for extremely technical climbs. Outsoles are Stealth® C4™ with extremely high friction, indoors and out.

I've been climbing since 2009 and I've owned and tried many other shoes since then but I keep coming back to the Anasazi lvs. There is nothing out there that are quite as sticky that fit perfectly with my low volume women's feet. I climb (indoors) 4 to 5 times a week and outdoors about 3-4 times a month (in the summer). I have many shoes in my arsenal, Scarpa Rockettes (size 37) for bouldering and overhanging projects, Scarpa Vapor Vs (size 37.5) for longer outdoor/indoor lead routes, la sportiva Miura VS (size 36) for bouldering and outdoor projects, la sportiva cobra's for easy climbs, and my Sazi Lvs (size 6.5 and 7) as my all-around shoes. If I need something reliable, comfortable and super sticky I pull these babies out. They are my favorite shoes by far for most of my climbing. The Stealth rubber is the stickiest rubber I've used that I dare say, it beats vibram's edge and xs grip. You'll notice the difference when you're sticking those toes to the smallest chips. When you require shoes that are reliable, comfortable and super sticky--- the Anasazi LVs fit that bill perfectly. They don't last quite as long as vibrams but they are sticky as hell and truly worth the price. I've tried other shoes and I still go back to the sazis every time. They are just well designed and well built, worth every penny you pay for them.
I got these on October 2nd and went climbing with them immediately! They were awesome for being brand spanking new. I did size up like April Mentioned below I normally wear a 6 in street shoes and the 7's fit perfectly! The placement of the straps offer so much support and security throughout the whole foot. The rubber is awesome I had no problem getting them to stick while climbing. I haven't tried bouldering or gym climbing with them yet but so far I'm really stoked on them!
So after having these for a bit and climbing with then I have to say that I'm super impressed. They are a great all around shoe. I am a lifer for these shoes. Just went to mule hollow in Big Cottonwood Canyon, Utah and slayed a multi-pitch slab no problem! Also took these to American Fork Canyon, Utah and climbed some 10's with ease. The break in time was short and not as painful as I thought it would be. Wore them at the gym and had no problem with sport or bouldering. I love these shoes and look forward to getting another pair after I have destroyed these.
First off, I love these shoes. Everythin' about them, EVVERRRYYYTHINNNGGG.
I am a guy with 9.5 inch feet and I wear a pair of 8.5's in these as my high performance lead/boulder shoe. As a guy, I downsized 2 sizes from my foot size and the break-in period took about 1+ month of serious climbing. Now they are perfectly molded to my footbox, toes, heelcup, and arch.
I have a high arch, and a smaller heel and these are exactly what i needed in a high performance flat soled shoe.
The Steath rubber is mega grippy, without sacrificing durabilty, I mostly bouldered in them for 6 months before the toe started to thin out and I was in need of a resole. Easily the most confidence inspiring shoe I have when on Slab, Vert, or even slightly overhanging terrain.
Wear them! These shoes are fantastic for both the gym and crag. The 5.10 Anasazi LV has treated me just fine from the plastic to the sharp monzogranite of Joshua Tree and the slimy granite slabs of Yosemite. I wear a street shoe size 7.5 but purchased a size 7 to account for the "minimal stretch". A very tight squeeze at first, but after just a few wears the synthetic Cowdura uppers stretched just a tiny bit to form a solid fit. Not to mention animal-friendly and quite comfortable once you wear them in! Stealth rubber is, as always, awesome and keeps me feeling super secure on tiny edges and precise technical moves. Great shoe for those transitioning from gym to outdoors.
I have a few pairs of climbing shoes and these are the ones I keep coming back to. I'm not really a hardcore climber but really enjoy it and have found these to be the best shoes for a tight fit and heel cup, while giving me a high performance grip. I have a narrow heel but wider toebox, and this shoe is fine for me- the heel is the most important part in my opinion. I used to like laces more but have found the velcro is just so much easier and faster to take on and off, and also to adjust. The FiveTen rubber is unmatched- the best rubber hands down for a climbing shoe.
Great Shoes but I ordered these in an 8.5 because that is the size I wear most the time in shoes or boots, Sometimes I need a size 9. These do not stretch because the are made with the synthetic leather and my footsies were smooshed to the max. I ended up going with a size 9.5. So if you are Beginner or Intermediate climber please order either a half size up or one full size larger. I did speak with an Expert climber who is a co-worker and she did state that previous season shoes ran bigger. But the newer seasons have run small. Otherwise love these shoes!
I love the Anasazi LV shoes for my small, narrow feet! I found these shoes to fit true to size and not much stretch at all after breaking them in. The Stealth C4 rubber is amazing, so much friction, you really can feel it! These are my most comfortable shoes ever, I can wear them all day if I need to. I really like these for trad/sport climbing but wear them bouldering often. I would recommend these for any narrow foot!
These shoes are incredible. Sticky, comfortable, and ready to tackle some sport or bouldering. I wouldn't necessarily use them for long trad climbes but great to give you that little extra confidence!
