Some Improvements Needed

I purchased a set of these last summer, and have now hunted over them seven times, under the same conditions I used to hunt geese using only mallards for decoys. These decoys definitely work well in bringing down the birds; the flocks do not hesitate to be attracted with a decent call or two from the blind. However, the heads are difficult to attach, and once attached they can come off too easily, an unpleasant experience standing in the cold water in the darkness of the morning. If this problem persists, I will attempt to glue the heads on, but then will also have to give up some additional storatge space in the off season. The means of attachment needs to be improved. I am also finding that some of the body paint is beginning to wear off, despite a very short carry to my blind from the car. The paint is less durable than I am used to on my duck decoys.

Good Dependable Longlasting

I purchased a dozen of these decoys in september of 2011. After a year of hunting over them. They look the same as the day i pulled them out of the box! None of the paint has chipped off and the flocked heads look amazing! I am very impressed as boat blind hunting is not easy on your decoy spread. The only problem that i have encountered with these decoys is that the heads sometimes come off when throwing into the water. So be sure to check with your light when done putting out! altogether i would recommend this decoy and look forward to buying more!

good decoy

Ive been hunting over these decoys for 3 years now. I currently carry 32 in the boat.if ure looking for a decoy to park wary resident geese 15 yards Infront of ure blind these are the best decoys without breaking the bank.heads are a little tough to get on and sometimes require a little trimming.
