Reign supreme as king of the terrain park with the Flux RK Snowboard Binding. A mellow flex and highly tweakable F-Tech Asym highback make this an ideal choice for those who lap the park, regardless of how much it snowed last night. Made from urethane, this highback provides great damping and high levels of flex, for tweaking out tricks and pressing into grinds. The asymmetrical shape ensures an ideal fit and comfy feel when strapped in for hours on end.
Offering a customizable fit and tool-less adjustability, the Alpha baseplate has adjustable toe and heel cushions to fit varying foot sizes and boot profiles. F-Tech 3D Fit ankle straps are 3D molded to minimize pressure points, thus boosting comfort. Flux has also provided top-shelf FTM Monocoque toe straps, which are found on high-end DM and DL models, for a snug fit and wrapped design. Both the toe and ankle straps are tool-less adjustable, allowing you to quickly dial-in fitment before you try out that burly battleship rail or jib line.
Talk about bang for your buck. Cheaper bindings made out of some awesome materials, I'd prefer these over any other expensive over priced binding. The thing is Flux doesn't charge for their name. So every penny you spend is for the quality of the product. And trust me 200 takes you a very long way. Flux has an awesome warranty. If you break anything they will hook you up so you can keep riding. Now these bindings are amazing. The flex of the bindings are unreal and feels so good but at the same it'll take some serious punishment for anything to break on these beasts. If you love park riding these should be your go too. Presses, Blunts, Back lips, spin in's and outs, everything just got so much better with these. the rounded bottoms on the bindings is genius too. It really does help preventing pressure or breaks on your board. The Hardware free adjustment makes everything better also. you don't need to hunt for a tool bench to do a quick adjustment. Flux will always be one of my favorite binding providers.
I have the earlier model of this binding and LOVE IT! I was storing my board at the resort and came back one day to a snapped highback. Wish I could tell you who used it and how it happened, but I called up Flux and they sent me a new one for free. I was sold on Flux from there on. Good company making some good stuff. Might be time to upgrade to the radical Hula girl though...
