FlyLow Gear Bella Donna Pant Reviews:

Positive Reviews:

Just got these pants and I love them. I've been looking for a new pair of pants that will stand up to tough days of backcountry touring and on-mountain charging, and these are them! I was hesitant about the softshell fabric but they seem to be just as tough and waterproof (so far) as any hardshell pant I've owned, and the stretch is nice for touring. The teal color is great and they fit perfectly (I'm 5'7", 125 and ordered a M). I do agree with the other reviews that they're smaller at the waist and larger in the legs, but I actually like the baggier look. I love that the parts of my pants that rip first (knees, bottoms) are reinforced with a strong canvas material. The selling point for me was the cross venting. I've never, ever found a pair of durable ladies pants with inner and outer vents. But the vents are the best & worst part about these pants. Note that there is no mesh layer in the vents, which means that if you're breaking trail (in which your vents will most likely be open), there is absolutely no barrier preventing loads of snow from piling up in your pants. That said, the dual zipper on the outer vent helps to balance where your vents are open which can help control where snow gets in. The only other improvement that I'd like to see is bigger front pockets. All 4 pockets are zippered pockets with taped-seams, but the front pockets are definitely on the smaller side. Again, worth it for what you get with the pants, and the pockets are definitely still usable. Overall, best pants I've ever owned - no question about it. Thanks FlyLow!

These are some stellar snow pants!
I picked up the snowboard for the first time this season (in november '12) and have put almost 30day of beginner snowboarding into these pants. They have held up and kept me dry like non other!.
Awesome color (coral) for visibility. I got a size up and am glad I did. They do run slightly on the small side, especially so once you add layers underneath (these are shell, no lining).
These have a waist-cincher on each side, which is way important. With multiple layers on, these fit great everywhere, but are too big in the waist (hence the waist-cincher :).
These have lots of room in the legs, I have never felt restrained. Reinforced at the knees, zipper vents on both sides of the thigh help keep ya cool.
Only complaint I have: when they get dirty, it doesn't really wash away. I washed these one time,as they were gathering some dirt, and they looked pretty much the exact same after a rigorous hand-washing. Oh well, they are uber-functional and comfortable!

These pants are great for the backcountry and Lift served terrain. The dual sided venting system lets your legs breathe on the way up the skin track. They are also light weight and easy to move in. The added fabric at the knees and bottoms prevents the pants from getting cut up by ski edges and adds extra protection if you bend your knee real low. They are a more baggy fit which allows you to layer up for the cold days. The Coral Orange is a great color. Im now onto my second pair of these pants because I loved them so much!

These pants have hiked all over Little Cottonwood Canyon, Chamonix and durable enough to deal with the trees in Vermont. When I'm wearing these pants I don't have to worry about ripping them because my legs are doing what they are suppose to. Far too often I run into the problem that woman's pants are too tight in the legs to "look" flattering. Not these pants! They are flattering and functional all in one! As a skier chick it's hard to find both! I would recommend these to any skier chick!! <3

Quality FlyLow product. Fit as described with room to move, whether doing laps on the groomers, sharing turns in some secret stash in the trees. Only used on-piste so far but will be taking these on a hut trip soon. Durable fabric with plenty of zips to vent and pockets to stash the little stuff. And, as always, great service from Backcountry.com. Thanks!

These pants are awesome. Comfy, durable, weatherproof, and super cute. Very functional! I have competed, rode spine lines, toured, and skied over 80 days at crested butte mt resort! Love them!

Negative Reviews:

Super disappointed that these pants are so baggy, especially in the knees (I'm 5'7" 128lb and bought a medium). If you like it loose then you would love these. I was looking for a pant to telemark in and these are not the pant for me.

Neutral Reviews:

The fit was a bit off- they run Small in the waist but are big in the legs. They felt pretty masculine too. The fabric was great but I still had to return them.
