| I absolutely love this purse!! In fact, I love how it's made so much that I just bought a second one in eggplant & it is so gorgeous!! The eggplant and black colors looks pretty true to what is shown on the Zappos listing. What I like the most about this purse is all the pockets! It helps keep me organized, I hardly have anything in the main center section because everything fits so well in the outer pockets. Even if you fill the two biggest outside pockets, you still have plenty of room in the main section unlike some bags. They seem to fill out rather than taking up the inside space. I do use all three of the inside pockets also for more organization. I needed to find a bag so that I could start carrying my reading glasses with me, & this bag allows me to do that without being heavy or bulky. I like how everything has its place, and I do not have to take out half the contents to get to what I need. It's so pretty, the leather is so nice and soft. I also like how it can be worn as a shoulder bag, or for more security you can wear it as a crossbody bag. I am a plus sized woman and I can still easily wear it crossbody; the strap doesn't dig into my neck like on another popular brand of crossbody bag I have. The strap is a nice soft cloth covered by the leather on top. When my Mom recently visited she liked my bag so well that she went home and bought one too! I hope Fossil never discontinues this style!! |

| Finally. This purse suits my every need. It hugs to the shoulder when wearing off one side (one doesn't have to wear it cross-over). There are enough compartments without being finicky. The outer zippered pocket fits perfectly my small fossil wallet (that I already owned) for my everyday cards. The outer zippered pocket is easy to open, even while the bag is on your shoulder and is easy to toss in keys and cell phone where they are easy to find again since they don't get lost in the big compartment. The big compartment is almost endless. Even when temporarily over-full (book, water bottle, cheque-book, extra store cards, make-up bag and such) the bag isn't cumbersome. The bag is a nice weight in itself and the material is soft. It has just enough structure so it doesn't "flop" over when placed on the floor. The leather shoulder strap is lined with a soft fabric to prevent slippage. I'm not a "big purse" person and mulled over the two sizes of this purse. I am glad I bought the bigger one. I've met two people with the smaller one and they said it was a bit small. I have the red bag and the color is great; a nice fossil, muted red. My only concern is that the finish might stain so I think I ought to treat it soon to prevent the risk of that occurrence. |

| Tired of digging through your stuff for those Tic Tacs? As several have already indicated, this bag is fantastic for its super-soft and pliable leather, organization, size, and versatility. In fact, I've also been on the ever-eternal-search for the "perfect bag." I do believe I may have found it. I came across this while doing an online search for a Francesco Biasia Secret Love J bag. They're out there, but I wasn't willing to pay so much for yet another leather bag. Then I stumbled upon this Fossil. I had one like this before, but it had a narrower depth, so I had returned it. The engineering on the bag has since improved enormously. Being petite, I've been told that my large bags look very heavy. After viewing myself in the mirror, I saw that those huge bags I love are indeed out of proportion to my size. This Sutter Top Zip holds everything that I hold in one of those large bags, but without the bulk. For someone who needs (or wants) to carry a lot, this bag is perfect. Even the tiny zipper pocket in front of the larger pocket has many uses...like holding a little container of Tic Tacs! |

| Meets my picky requirements - This bag is definitely for people like me, who want several different places to store stuff separately. It's hard to find a purse of this size which can be worn cross-body to allow your hands to be free. I wondered about whether I would really use the little outside front pocket (the one which zips, rather than snaps, closed). When I received the purse, I was surprised by how big this pocket was. It's roomy enough to hold two fat cell phones, side by side, with extra room to spare. This pocket also contains a mini-zip pocket on it. I thought the mini-zip pocket would be too small to use. However, the mini-zip pocket is big enough to get into comfortably; I use it to store several of my stevia packets (natural sugar substitute). The only drawback is that, because the bag is made of leather, it can get heavy when I pack lots of stuff in it. All in all, a pretty and very functional purse. Way cool. Thanks, Zappos. |

| I'm becoming a fan of Fossil bags. Someone in this company knows how to design bags for real life use. I grabbed this one at a department store because it was bright yellow. Took it home to evaluate and LOVE it. It's soft leather, doesn't stick out from my body, holds big and little stuff like lipstick, keys, gum in the outside pockets, slim things in the other sides outside pocket and bulky like wallets, water bottle, etc inside. I didn't realize it was a crossover bag until I read other ratings. I've always used it as a shoulder bag that actually stays on my sloping shoulder. Few bags will balance there like its part of you. This one does. I love the color it goes with everything, the design and the soft leather. Thanks, Fossil! It's definitely a keeper and has become my favorite bag of many. |

| Lots of pockets!!! Lots of room!! I love this bag, I need pockets for organization and this bag fits the bill!!!! In fact ladies, believe it or not this is the first bag purchase in 6 years, the old one was a leather LLbean healthy bag. This has 5 outside pockets and inside compartments. Love the cross body or shorten it up for a shoulder bag. I do hope the strap holds up for a couple years of use. We will see. I've looked for a bag for the past couple of months, I tried that buxton organizer, that was a waste, this bag holds all my stuff (gps, camera, wallet, brush, 2 pairs of glasses, phone, headsets, mirror, gum, keys, eye drops, nose spray, numerous little stuff and a bottle of water)! |

| All I can say is love, love, love! This is a great bag. Great leather, great size, great amount of pockets. I've had such horrible luck with bags lately I thought for sure this would be a disappointment, too, but I knew the minute I opened the box it was a keeper. The weight is perfect and it's not too deep so it lays nicely against my body. Whoever designs the bags at Fossil knows what it means to have a stylish, well-made bag that functions. Most bags I've gotten lately look like they're going to work, but the minute I start filling them I know the have to go back. Thanks Fossil, and thanks Zappos. | Hands down, this is the best purse. For years I've been looking for the perfect cross-body bag and finally Fossil fulfilled my wishes. I am not exaggerating when I say that, either. I've always preferred the cross body bags, but until this one I've always only been about 75% happy with my purses. They're either too small or have no interior pockets. This has a nice zippered pocket inside as well as 2 handy pockets that are perfect for a cell phone and sunglasses. I have this in red and black. The leather is good, rugged quality and yet this looks like a more expensive purse than it is. Lastly, Zappos service is top notch. |

| I used to switch bags every time I changed my clothes, but not anymore! This has already become my favorite bag of all-time. Its size and organization are perfect, the cross-body strap makes it comfortable and easy to carry, and the hardware is stylish and silver, which I prefer over brass. I debated over which color to choose, and honestly I think I may still get another, but I am in love with the rich red. The leather is soft so it never looks stiff even when it's stuffed full. This is a bag that functions like a carry-all and still looks sleek and stylish. In case you can't tell, I love it! |

| What a GREAT Bag! I LOVE this bag. It's good looking, light weight, functional, cool, adjustable, fantastic, need I continue? I tried the red, but sent it back because the leather had spots on it that weren't related to the pebbled leather. I exchanged for the black, now I'm going to try to purple. It's not small so if that's what you're looking for, try another version of the Fossil Sutter line, there are several. If you like a big bag without the big bag weight or big bag look, go for it. The leather is soft and you won't go digging into your bag anymore because everything will have a place. |
