Fox River VVS LV Ski Sock Reviews:

Positive Reviews:

I bought this for my husband. He learned to ski 3 years ago so that he could ski with our 2 boys. We live 15 minutes from a ski hill, so even though we aren't/weren't skiers, most kids here ski, and we want our kids to be able to ski with there friends. My husband taught himself. So, he is not the best skier, nor is he really "into" skiing, like some men. He doesn't go on long ski trips or vacations. He skis every other weekend, or so, for 4-6 hours with our 8 and 11 year old sons. He has worn these socks a few times and says they are fine. My husband is not the type of man to use words like "great," "terrific," ore "wonderful." However, they fit to size and were not bulky in his ski boots. He said his feet were warm. So, I'd say he gives them a "thumbs up."

These socks are great, and currently my favorite pair of ski socks unless it is extra extra cold outside. They do not have any padding, which is ideal for a ski sock, and unfortunately incredibly hard to find. I am always getting sucked into trying so-called "lightweight" ski socks, to find they are still way too thick. Luckily Fox River got it right with these. Just a perfectly thin sock throughout, anatomical left and right, and a good dose of merino. I bought the first pair last year, and a second pair this year. And if my size ever comes back in stock I will probably buy a 3rd pair.

Great socks under tall riding boots!

I bought these to wear under tall, close-fitting riding boots that I ride and walk in 2-4 hours/day. My feet tend to sweat in any kind of weather. Got them at the start of a hot spell, and they kept my feet dry, hardly notice I'm wearing them, they are SO comfortable. Price here is unbeatable.

Fantastic socks - best price going.

Daughter is a ski racer and this is the only sock she likes. Wool blend breathes and is relatively warm. Race boots fit TIGHT...these socks are thin and durable. BEST PRICE I COULD FIND!

Nice, but thin, sock

Good sock, but too thin to keep you warm if it's cold.
