not happy

I bought the thermal version of this shelter thinking it would be built better and heavy duty. The actual shell is heavy duty and at first set up I thought I would be happy with it. The problem appears to be that the shell is heavy duty but nothing else is. By the third set up, three poles had broke out of the hubs. The stitching on the carry handle started to pull out after the first time I picked it up and the draw string on the bag broke second time I used it. After just two trips on the ice, the entire thing is no longer funtional.

Piece of Junk

Took our frabill out on upper red lake this winter temperature around 5degrees started to pop the house up could here cracking noise. Here all the windows had busted out from the cold. Called Frabil and they wouldnt replace. If buying a house buy an otter or clam so much more quality and much better companies to deal with rather than frabil. Wouldnt recommend anything frabil from what products I have seen come out from them!!!!!
