Very happy with the bag itself; nice size, great color (Spice) and I love the outside side pockets which blend in with the bag but still give me easy access to my keys and cell phone. Even better was the service I received from Zappos. I ordered the bag with standard free shipping and Zappos sent it to me overnight at no additional cost. Nice service, especially since I was ordering the bag because my previous bag (not from Zappos) had a broken handle.
