My 10 year old benefits ...
My 10 year old benefits greatly from hacking away at these plastic balls. He really needed 60 pitches a day to learn to hit at his level. The machine is a little faster than the fastest pitchers that he sees, so I move the machine back. I also bought a net-style backstop to control all the balls flying around, and I have purchased 4 dozen plastic balls. You must buy the Franklin dimpled hollow plastic balls, none other will work.
