Positive Reviews:

I heard that these boots ran a half size small, and that proved prophetic (I customarily wear a 12, but the 11 1/2 proved to be the right size). Although the length and width worked well at the smaller size, it took a while to break the boots in: the right boot began to cause a heel blister within an hour, while the left boot was initially quite tight above the arch, making it difficult to zip up for a day or so. But the leather is good quality, and now the fit is very comfortable. My only complaint is of my own making: I am a motorcyclist, and I wish the boots went a couple of inches higher.

My husband loved these boots; however, they were just a bit too small. He wears between an 11 and 11.5. I ordered the 11 because the 11.5 were sold out. He keeps wearing them around the house, hoping they will stretch a little more. He has a high in-step and unable to get into most boots. With the side zippers on these, he was able to get into them easily though. Very nice looking boot but I wish I had ordered the size 12.

Negative Reviews:

For the customer who bought shorter boots you can stretch them by putting a plastic bag filled with water inside each the boot and deep freeze it afterwards. It really works! I didn't buy this item!
