Frye Freemont Chelsea Review:

How to size these boots: I wear a US size 12 (Aussie 11) in Blundstone boots. I wear a US size 12 in Aisics running shoes. I wear an 11 1/2 in Alden loafers. I first ordered a US size 12 in these and they were MAMMOTH, GINORMOUS! The bottom outer soul measured a FULL INCH longer than the Blundstone chelsea boots i wear. I tried the 11 1/2 next. It was still too big. It wasn't uncomfortably loose, but my heel came fully up in the back of the boot, which doesn't happen with my Blundstones, which fit perfectly. Finally, I tried the US size 11. At first I thought they were too small. The boots went on with a good tug and they felt very snug, MAYBE too snug. I decided the only way to figure it out was to take the chance and wear them. Now after just a couple of hours around the house they already fell like they fit. If the leather stetches more (and from what I've read about Frye boots it will) then they will probably be perfectly comfortable. Great looking boots!
