Workmaship was good. This is very well made and the style is good. The hardware is good as well. There are lots of compartment. This item is the best that I have ever owned. It looks good on any outfit. I hope you make more of defferent colors on the small satchel.
This is the nicest bag I've ever owned!! Very well made. Professional looking because it is modeled after a briefcase, yet is a very feminine bag. LOVE it... There are lots of compartments and room for everything. Quality is typical Frye! You won't regret buying this!!

I loved this handbag from the second I saw it. It's very unique and stylish, but is a bit heavy. I made my purchase six weeks ago, but did not use it on a daily basis. I carried the bag with the long strap over my shoulder for convenience. Today, while walking down the street, the long strap became dettached from the bag causing it to fall off of my arm. Inspecting the bag further, it appeared that the long strap was held on only by glue and maybe one small stitch. I expected this bag to last me a lifetime for the cost, but it's going back to the store. Very disappointed!
