Gamo Red Fire Pellets - .177 Caliber -
Experience match-grade accuracy, high-velocity performance and hydraulic expansion at point of impact with GAMO’s new Red Fire® hunting pellet. The diamond-shaped, hard-polymer tip provides a true ballistic trajectory. The force of impact drives the diamond polymer tip into the cylinder jacket material, forcing it to expand outwards. This increases the diameter of the projectile as it passes through the intended target (mushrooming effect on impact).

Great Hunting Pellets
These pellets are fantastic for small game such as squirrels. They are highly accurate and have plenty of penetration power. The only drawback I’ve seen with them so far; is that they can be a little difficult to load in some pellet rifles due to the extra length caused by the red plastic tip. That is why I rated them 4-stars instead of 5-stars.
Knockdown
I've used these and the pba raptor pellets for a while now. The red fires seem to have a little more knockdown power when they hit the target. The raptors seem to be a little more accurate but don't always kill as quickly. I have just ordered the Blue Flame pellets and i think they just might be the best of both worlds.
Squirrel Buster
Killed muliply squirrels at 10-15 yards. One shot one kill. They have had deep peneration and huge shock!! Must buy for any pellet gun hunter!!
Hard hitting
Accurate and hard hitting. Shot into phone book from 30 feet expanded well and hit hard knocking phone book back about 3/4"
