| I use this during or after long runs, especially on hot days. I think it tastes great and works well, but I'd prefer if it was in a smaller size, to mix with 16 oz. of water, for example. That would make it easier to mix and chug mid-run. | |

| Carried these Gatorade packs and mixed them with filtered water on a backpacking trip. One packet for each full Nalgene bottle that you plan to drink is all that you will need. They certainly made staying hydrated a more pleasant experience. | |
