| We went on a weeklong backpacking trip and brought a couple of these at the last minute. We drank pumped water until the last few days we tried one and LOVED it. It gave us some much needed flavor and a boost. We will be bringing these on our hikes more often! | |

| Carried these Gatorade packs and mixed them with filtered water on a backpacking trip. One packet for each full Nalgene bottle that you plan to drink is all that you will need. They certainly made staying hydrated a more pleasant experience. | |

| Lemom-lime is the tried and true, but orange works best for me. Also, never use full strength when competing. Always dilute with water (50/50) to prevent bloating. | |
