I persevered! I wrote earlier about this shoe's strange sizing. With Zappos easy return policy, I ordered again after my unsuccessful first attempt. I normally wear an 8 or 8 1/2. In this shoe, I ended up with a 9 1/2, and it finally feels right. Normally I wouldn't work so hard to buy a shoe, but the neutral-with-an-edge coloration of this little ballet flat grabbed me. There's just enough metallic and texture to set them apart from the basic flats out there, but they're a classic nonetheless and really look good on the foot. Feels good too. Glad I stuck with it.

Darling but very weird sizing - This is an absolutely delightful shoe that would look great with pants or skirts – if I can just figure out the sizing. I ordered up half a size and could still barely get them on my feet. These run very short. I'm not even sure if another 1/2 size up will do it. But I'm going to try because they are adorable.

Beautiful shoe that works with any outfit - I fell in love with these instantly. They are great with jeans, a skirt, and can really work with anything. The color is completely neutral. I would call it more of a platinum and would match anything. They are much more comfortable than the usual ballet slipper styles since there is a real cushioned sole and slight heel. But it's not noticeable when you wear them and they still seem to be flat like what's in style now. I wear a 9.5 and took a 41 in them (which Geox translates as 10.5). They feel perfect and I wear them barefoot. I do have narrow feet and would guess they might be tight for people with wider feet.

They do need some breaking-in - These shoes run at least a half size small. I usually wear a 9.5 and ordered the 10 and they fit like a glove. At first I was worried they were too small, but they have stretched just enough. I like that they don't slide (no blisters) and I find them quite comfy, but I have pretty narrow feet. I will say the color is better in person, more metallic snake skin than brown. Could be worn with brown or black easily.

Sore Feet - I ordered this shoe (from a different web site) because it looked like a supportive, comfortable replacement for my pair of worn out ballet flats. The shoes look good. The sole of these shoes is a Geox patented breathable sole, although in the pictures it looks like a soft rubber it is very dense and hard. The shoes rub my ankles and my pinky toes when I walk. I'm **hoping** that they will break in.
