Great Knife

Knife has been really good. Stays sharp and opens with ease. Just the right size to carry on pocket and not get in way but also big enough to use in multple jobs. Well built knife that looks like it will stay in good shape

Negative Reviews:

If you want a nice folder with a thumb stud, this could be your knife. I am not sure WHAT Cabela's believes to be an assisted opening knife, but a thumb stud is not "assisted opening". For Cabela's information; an assisted opening knife allows the user to only partially open it (20%-25%) at which time a spring assist quickly opens and locks the blade. There is a mechanism that completes the deployment of the knife, once it has been partially open.
To reiterate, a thumb stud does not make an assisted opening knife.
Cabela's is entirely misdescribing this item.
Back it goes.
