Just what I was hoping for

Rating:*****
I wanted a new knife, because my old gerber was chipped and worn, and a bit too big. I was going to spend up to $30, but this was the best I found at nearly half the price. And I wasn't dissapointed. It performs just as I had hoped. The smaller size was a bit awkward at first for me, but I quickly got used to it. Also, when picking out my knife at a local store, I went through a few before finding and buying one with an axis that appeared perfectly alinged. I don't know if it would have made a difference had I not. The only problem I have with this knife is that where the thumb stud hits the handle it is not annodized, but rather coated with a cheap black paint. I guess this is better than wearing through the annodizing, but it does result in a patch of bare metal after being rubbed against only a few times.

Little Big Knife

Rating:*****
This excellent little knife tucks away in your pocket with comfort and ease; if you don't need it, the belt clip can be unscrewed with a small torx driver).

Using just one hand, it flicks open in a snap with a satisfying click. The serrated edge cuts cord (and just about anything else) with ease.

It's solidly made, and it feels good and secure in the hand, open or closed.

You want this knife.

Will not rust!

Rating:*****
As someone in the military who spends extensive time in the field, I was looking for a reliable knife that would hold up to both hard work and wet conditions. This knife for most of my field time was cleaner than I, and just as wet, yet not a speck of rust appeared. Dummy-corded to my pants to fear of losing this life saver, it did its job and then some.

2nd best knife ever!

Rating:****
THis knife is really good. a similar knife I would recommend is the gerber torch, but let's not get off track. this knife stays sharp no matter what. this knife can be flicked open with one hand, but needs 2 hands to close. the handle is kinda slippery when it is wet.

I've owned several other Gerber brand knives and im content with this one. I would depend on this knife make shavings to start a campfire most definitely and keep me confident that it won't bend or break on me when I really needed it.

Amazing product for the price

Rating:*****
This knife keeps a great edge, is very lightweight, and yet is more than enough knife for any camping or backpacking need. The price is just right, as so little UL gear is, and with its durability this is one heck of a steal!
