| Was looking for a small, light multi-tool for backpacking. This seems actually way too small to even be useful esp. the knives. It is super hard to pull out the smaller tools. I have no idea why the lanyard attachment would be right at the base of the knife - that is just bad design. Haven't any other experience with Gerber products. Will keep looking for the right multi-tool. | |

| I bought this for the pliers, but they're not very functional. Every pair of needle-nose pliers I've seen has the ridges extending all the way to the end of the pliers. These stop almost 1/8 inch from the end, meaning they don't grip very well. I'm returning them. | |

| The pliers just collapse... really...you can't even squeeze your finger! I thought ...ok.. must be a defect, brought them back...same thing. never owned gerber..but thought it was top of the line...it is pure junk! | |
