The Giro Remedy X Gloves were built with a single-minded focus on keeping your hands protected in hairy terrain. They feature reinforced palms and Poron XRD padding, meaning that neither a baseball slide nor any mighty shrubbery will be a threat to your digits. And since they use Giro’s Super Fit engineering, the fit will be snug and dexterous, instead of baggy and bulky.
One look at the Remedy X gloves will convince you that they mean business. Accordingly, Giro employed Poron XRD padding at the knuckles and the heel of the hand. You may have heard of the material before. Basically, it’s soft and pliable, but in the event of an impact, it stiffens momentarily, acting as a protective shell and warding off injury. Through well-thought-out placement, Giro is able to keep you protected from crashes, as well as wayward trailside features that have an appetite for knuckles.
The leather palm, with reinforcements, is hard wearing, resulting in a long service life. Additionally, the double stitching ensures that these gloves won’t pull apart at the seams. The perforated mesh at the backs of the hands keeps your temperature under control when you’re working hard. And thanks to the Super Fit three-piece palm, bunching is eliminated, providing precise control when you really need it.
The Giro Remedy X Gloves are available in five sizes, from Small to XX-Large, and in the colors Black and Camo.
The Remedy X takes up where its predecessor left off. Giro went into the lab and took a tested blend of strategic materials and their three-panel Super Fit™ engineered palm, and combined them with a two-strap closure, Poron® XRD™ armoring and a crash pad that wraps around the heel of the hand. The new design offers even better fit and enhanced durability for gravity and enduro-style riding.
