Giro Bevel Helmet -

Giro has designed this all mountain helmet for the skier that is adventurous and wants to be everywhere while on the mountain. This Bevel Helmet has been designed for adults and is the most popular all mountain helmet on the market. With the low profile shape and the light weight factor along with the Super Fit engineering, this helmet will perform at the highest level for all types of skiers. What gives this Bevel Ski Helmet the custom fit is the In Form Fit system. There is a dial at the base of the helmet that provides up to 6cm of adjustment and stability in seconds. The tough outer polycarbonate shell along with the helmet's impact absorbing foam liner is what the In-Mold construction fused together offers the wearer. To stay cool as you carve the powder are the cool vents located on the top of this helmet. These vents pull cool, fresh air into this helmet while pushing the warm and stale air out. These vents also help to regulate your temperature and keep you comfortable and feeling fresh as you master the black diamonds runs all day long. Looking good is not your only factor while skiing. Your safety while wearing this high performance Giro Bevel Ski Helmet is what Giro is known for world wide. Now all you need to do is experience what the Bevel helmet has to offer you with the super fit, comfort, engineering and the In Form Fit system each and every time that you wear this helmet and take to the mountains.

Good Helmet

Decent helmet, nothing special. The size seemed a tad bigger than other helmets I had tried on, but that might have been because of the differences in brands. The one bad thing is the shape of the helmet makes it a little difficult for goggles to stay on the helmet (they will stay on with the right positioning) and the clip does not do anything to hold the goggles on if the fall off the back. It does its job though, can't complain much.

Great Helmet!

The helmet fits snug, thanks to an adjustment in the back that tightens or loosens the fitting to your head. I'm happy with the amount of cushioning that the helmet would provide. Also, when wearing this helmet, I frequently forget that it is even on my head because it is so comfortable and light. The only cons are 1. the strap digs into my neck just a little bit, and the helmet is somewhat bulky. A great value which will keep me safe!

Good for the money

Helmet is good for the price. It arrived quickly and seems to be comfortable. I haven't used it on the slopes yet but I think it will work great. I was at the top end of a Medium and wasn't sure if I should go Medium or Large. I went Medium and it just fits perfectly on the largest setting. My head measured 23 cm around and it goes up to 23.5. the large starts at 23.5.

Great Helmet

This is the first helmet that i have purchsed for skiing after smacking my head on ice a few weeks ago. The helmet is fine. The inside lining is adjustable. The notch on the back works well to secure goggles. The only feature I would look for if I ever buy another helmet is to get one with a removable lining. It has been a warm ski season and the lining was not always needed.

Giro Bevel Helmet

I purchased this helmet for my husband because it offerred the protection he needed, yet was both stylish and affordable. The only complaint is there are too many holes for ventilation and his head gets cold on frigid days. The helmet fits snug, so there is no room for a hat. Otherwise, it is a great buy for the money!

Great basic helmet

I needed a basic helmet for skiing and I got a great one for its value. My ski trip to Okemo mountain in Vermont was a success. People even ask me about the helmet, which also looked good. The helmet was light in weight and it kept my head warm. I fell one time and the protection was great.

Thumbs up!

Great fit and finish. Easily adjustable in more ways than I thought possible. Looks good (for a helmet) and is very comfortable. As a former member of the National Ski Patrol and having worn a helmet for some years. I found this product to fit my needs and I feel it was well worth the investment.

Great Helmet for the money

I never felt I would wear a helmet... Till the wife got ahold of me! I am glad that I chose this one, it's lightweight and comfortable. I don't have a problem with wearing helmet anymore, it fits that well!

Very Happy!

I was so happy with the speed of the delivery, and of course, the price. So when the helmet was exactly what we have been looking for on top of all of this - I was delighted.
Tolula at Skis.com on 02/02/2012

Great choice

I was looking for a helmet that wouldn't cost a ton. In trying on a line of helmets, some almost double the price, the Bevel was easily one of the most comfortable. It's also really light weight.
