GNU Forest's Space Case EC2PBTX Snowboard -

Prepare to get weird on the Gnu Forest Space Case EC2-PBTX Snowboard. Forest Bailey's shred stick of choice for everything from throwing down mind-bottling tricks on urban handrails to stomping spins off natural features in the backcountry, the Space Case takes advantage of advanced asymmetric shaping and Banana technology to help it take on any terrain on the mountain.

Your body is asymmetrical, so your board should be too. A.S.S (Asym Sym Synchronization) technology features a deeper heelside sidecut, a shorter heelside contact, and an asym flex to make your heelside turns as powerful and natural feeling as your toeside turns. The PBTX Enhanced Banana profile features a magical blend of rocker between the bindings and elliptical camber outside the bindings for incredible float in powder, catch-free buttering on hardpack, and response and stability at high speeds. Magne-Traction edges are serrated to slice through ice likes it's fresh corduroy, so you can lay down high-speed carves and stomp tricks on icy landings while everyone else is washing out left and right.

Traction and Grip:

  • Magne-Traction edges

  • Asym APCG wood core
  • A.S.S. asymmetric sidecut
  • Rocker between feet with elliptical camber towards tips
  • Sintered base
  • UHMW sidewalls
  • Magnesium fiber technology
  • True twin shape with centered stance
Evo (2014)
This is weirdo Forest Bailey's mind-melting concoction of asymmetrical freestyle and banana performance camber. The GNU Forest's Space Case EC2PBTX Snowboard balances nature's bio-mechanical curiosities by including shorter heelside contact, deeper heelside sidecut, and asymmetrical contact angles and shape, as well as asymmetric core materials and flex. All this weird science has a purpose and serves a point (like the point on this board, get it?).

GNU Forest's Space Case EC2PBTX Snowboard Reviews:

The GNU Space Case Forrest Bailey model is the funnest board I have ever ridden. It floats in pow, shreds on ice, chips through chunder and carves like a sharp blade through cornrows. The pop and flex are second to none when it comes to jibbing and park jumps. The pickle banana asymmetrical symmetry is on some whole new Bill Nye type science tip. It feels like its from the future when mobbing runs here in the Wasatch range.

This board is probably my favorite board i have ever ridden. Its so much fun in the pow and jibbing. You can press so hard on this board with it have the perfect amount of flex but still stable at high speeds. I love this board. the only thing i would have to say is my sidewalls and front and tail have chipped a little bit but that's just because i beat up all my boards.
