The wife loves our new steps

My Rhino steps really dress up my new Chev truck and my wife is happy because she can get into the truck so much easier.. They look really nice and are very sturdy. We made the right choice!

Disappointing

What a disappointment. I put these on my 1999 F350 after my original set (unknown brand installed by Ford in 1999) finally rusted out. Sadly, there is no way these will last that long. The brackets are nice and sturdy, but there is NOT a center bracket as shown in the photo! The tubing is too light not to be supported for the length of a crew cab truck. There is a lot of flex to these, and I only weight 190. I can't image a heavy person stepping on these. Also, the brackets only use 3 of the 4 available bolt holes for some reason (previous set used all 4). Lastly, the plastic step caps are cheap and don't fit very well. The steps are not centered on the door, and look like they are purposely towards the ends of the tubing to be closer to the brackets. Maybe because they won't hold up without a center bracket??? The only positive about these-the hardware seems decent. Do not buy these for a crew cab truck...

Not happy.

This has been my 3rd set of tube steps, and it has also been my 3rd brand of steps over the years on different trucks. I will not be choosing Go-Rhino tubes again. Not happy with quality. The plastic step pads are smooth and will give NO traction. Had to take 2 tries to get this set. The first set was dented from shipping. Tubes are not wrapped in the box for protection at all. The end caps on the tubes are plastic and crack easy. I replaced them with rubber. And lastly, there was actually a 2inch piece of welding rod still attached in the end of the tube that I had to remove before installing.
