I love these shoes! I am a landscaper and I walk on pea stone at our nursery all day. I needed a shoe that could grip the ground but still provide all day comfort and these are perfect! The toe area is wide but not too much! These shoes are shaped to give you a spring to your step which is great at six o'clock when my legs are tired and I still have an hour to work. I must add when I first tired them on I thought they looked wide on my feet because they are shaped a little different than most shoes but it is seriously the most minor detail when you factor in how comfortable they are!! I love these shoes! Also I get lots of compliments on them from my co-workers!
This is a new brand for me and I'm glad I took a chance on it. I fell in love with the color first, but then the minimal weight of the shoe clinched the deal. It has the moderate support I need (can't wear Chacos because of their high arch). I fall between a 7.5 and 8. In this instance I bought both and returned the smaller size thanking Zappos for their return policy. I also thought it would be fun to change the laces from time to time - how 'bout neon pink or lime? I like the black soles, too - makes the feet seem smaller. I'm very happy with this purchase.
GoLites with this sole are the best trail running/hiking shoes I've found for slick rocky surfaces. These soles give one sure footing. The shoe comes with inserts for narrow feet. My very narrow feet did not require the insert for this shoe so I think it runs narrow.

Very uncomfortable. Wore it a few times, and every time my legs are so sore after. Hurts my calf. Wish I could return them.
