I'm 5'3" and purchased these leggings for running and dog walking on cold mornings. They are light and very warm. Fleecy lined, drawstring waist, zips and elasticised at the bottom, sheen on outside - they look and feel good.

Good for cooler weather
These pants have a soft, light and fleecy lining on the front, making them great for cool morning walks. The zippers at the bottom are comfortable even if not zipped all the way. They are cozy, but not tight; very comfortable.
