A 3-layer stretch waterproof breathable pant that will keep you warm and dry when the conditions turn cold and wet.
![]() |
The first affordable stretch, waterproof-breathable shells available
A polyurethane membrane is laminated between two layers of bonded four-way stretch polyester and treated with a super-DWR, resulting in a fabric with excellent stretch and waterproof protection, plus more breathability than regular storm shells. Trinity was developed with comfort in mind: the stretch allows for terrific range of motion regardless of the activity, and the waterproof protection keeps you warm and dry whatever the weather. Testing on the Trinity fabric indicates a waterproof level of 10,000mm and a breathability level of 10,000g/m²/24 hours.
Whether you're high on an alpine ridge or setting up camp, now you don't need a pant for every outing: just the Paradox Pant to keep you dry and comfortable no matter what the weather. Made with Trinity 3-layer stretch, waterproof, breathable fabric, these pants have articulated knees, side zips with snaps, a zippered side storage pocket, and a fitted stretch comfort waist.

Wicked slim | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
Nice length: long enough to cover the tops of your boots, but not so long that you'll have a dragging hem to trip over. Super stretchy material: really great for hiking/climbing, etc. since it doesn't restrict your movement at all. Very waterproof: it just beads up and runs off regardless the length of exposure and type of precip. However, it's cut really slim in the thigh. It's not a serious functionality issue as the fabric stretches so much, but it's a little tight to fit more than a thin baselayer under the pants. Again, not really an issue as I wouldn't use these pants to keep me warm at the end of the day anyway, but it did take a little while to get used to looking like an emo alpinist...

Great pant, but... | |

They are a great pant, and they are wonderful in the rain and in cooler temps. Just fine with another layer when it gets below 32. I have the same gripe howeve. They are quite slim fitting. I am a 34X34, and the larges are kinda tight. If I would have known that a year ago I woulda gotten an XL. The length isn't bad, but I could use another inch. All in all I have no regrets about buying them and wear them almost everyday riding bike. I would recommend these to others, but like I said, beware of the size you choose.

Good pants but.... | |

I would definantly buy a size up with these pants. They are really slim in the hip/thy region and just for reference I am 6' 2" 160 (aka I've never had this problem before). These pants do a great job of shedding water for extended periods of time and I love the material. If they were a little larger I would only bring these pants on trips because they are real comfortable. i would recommend these pants but buy a size up.

| I love these pants, but they are way too small. They fit like tights. I would try xxl, but they don't have them. I will try another brand. | |

No way to adjust waistband
| Rating: | ![]() |
Since I'm 6'4" and 180 lbs. after reading the reviews I decided to go with XL. The length and thigh fit is fine but the elastic waistband is too loose on me. They keep falling down. I'm 37" around the waist and the sizing say's 40" for the XL size. The lack of a drawstring or belt loops or SOMETHING to adjust the waist band is a drawback if you're tall and skinny.
