GoLite Shangri-La 2 Shelter Review:

Reviews:

Shangri-la 2

I have used this shelter for a number of years now. I have to say it is one of my favorites. It is large enough for two people and gear comfortably. The Shelter pitches very tightly for a tarp tent. I have spent nights at -15f in the heart of winter to 85 degree days in the desert. The two peak vent really do well getting condensation/moisture out of the tent. In the summer I pitch it door into the wind so the bugs hang out in the draft on the backside of the tent. In the winter I reverse it and put the foot part of the tent in to the wind. The new version has taped seams which is really quite nice compared to the older models you had to seal yourself. Overall a great performer in all conditions.
